WHERE ARE THE RENTAL ITEMS PRODUCED?
Most products we carry are produced in Europe by well-known and respected brands including JL Coquet, Raynaud, Riedel and Sambonet. Our goal is to provide access to truly beautiful pieces at a fraction of the cost of purchasing. Please have a look at Our Products for more details.
HOW LONG CAN I RENT ITEMS FOR?
Our standard rental period is 24-hours; enough for a single event, or at a push two! We’re more than happy to discuss longer-term rentals if this is what you need. Please get in touch here.
WHAT ARE YOUR RENTAL RATES?
We keep our rental rates as low as possible, as we want you to rent more and often! Our charges start with a daily rental rate per item and we add supplementary charges for things like washing and delivery if they’re required. Rental rates are payable in advance and are required to confirm the rental. Please contact us here if you’d like to know more.

WHAT SORT OF EVENTS DO YOU COVER?
We are equipped to cover most events from exclusive dinners for a few lucky individuals to cocktail events for hundreds. It's best to get in touch and discuss your needs and we’ll find a solution for you.
DO YOU DELIVER & COLLECT?
Yes, we can deliver anywhere in Hong Kong! Deliveries/collections are made to/from the venue’s door. We don’t get involved with event set-up or break down; we leave that to the experts! Ideally we need a suitable place to park and unload, but we can also work in more challenging locations (although its best to discuss these with us first). Delivery charges are in addition to the rental costs and are calculated on a case-by-case basis. Just let us know where and when and we’ll be delighted to give you an estimate.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
As early as possible! We reserve items for customers who have confirmed their orders and paid the rental rates. Unfortunately our stock is finite and so in order to avoid missing out, particularly during peak periods, it’s best to book early.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I BREAK OR LOSE SOMETHING?
Not to worry, we ask for a security deposit when you book which covers unfortunate eventualities like damage or loss. Once the items are returned to us we check everything and deduct any losses from your deposit, which is then returned to you. The good news is that our replacement rates are far lower than purchasing individual items.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN'T FIND WHAT I NEED?
In short, call us! We’re more than happy to discuss specific requests for items not currently in stock. We have relationships with several brands and will be very likely to offer you a solution. Contact us here.
